Meet the Staff at STRP

Founder – Abdul, M. Ed

Abdul is the founder of Solving The Race Problem. He is a workshop facilitator for STRP and has worked most of his adult life in the education sector for public schools throughout Virginia and Pennsylvania. Abdul graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education. He then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University. Abdul has been a keynote speaker, volunteer and community organizer for local events.  Abdul has sought out to dismantle systematic racism by facilitating workshops and professional development sessions catered to solving the race problem. After seeing the negative impact systematic racism had on non-white communities, Abdul decided to create a program intentionally designed to solve the race problem. By using collaboration, shared experiences, research, and data STRP will change your organization!
